Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply for appointments located outside the standard service area.
Any applicable travel fee will be communicated prior to the appointment whenever possible.
Payment Policy
SHAE Chiropractic operates as a cash-based practice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment may include credit card, debit card, cash, electronic payment platforms, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of future scheduling privileges.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling requests.
