Refund Policy
Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy – SHAE Chiropractic
At SHAE Chiropractic, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized care for every patient. Due to the nature of mobile services and reserved appointment times, the following policies are in place:
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
No-Shows
Patients who fail to be available at the scheduled appointment time without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Patient Readiness (Mobile Appointments)
Patients are expected to be ready and available at the scheduled appointment time at the agreed-upon location. Delays in access (e.g., not answering, not being present, or not being prepared for the session) may result in a shortened session, with full service fees still applying.
Provider Arrival Window
As a mobile provider, arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic and travel logistics. Patients can expect an arrival window of approximately ±15 minutes from the scheduled time. If significant delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.
Packages & Prepaid Services (if applicable)
Any prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but may be used toward future services within a reasonable time frame unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle at the time of service.
